Reporting a Caller

You can act right away. Press 8 during a call to block a caller, then press 8 again to flag them.

If something serious happened, or you believe a caller is under 18, email us with the rough time of the call and what was said.

What We Cannot Do for You

• We cannot tell you who a caller was. Numbers stay hidden, including from us.
• We cannot reconnect you with someone. If a chat ended without swapping details, there is no way to pass on a message.
• We cannot share another caller's information. Not their name, number, or location.
• We cannot make an exception on age. Everyone must be 18 or older.
