Chat With Peace of Mind

Your number is always hidden on TalkMeadow. A few easy habits keep the rest of your information just as private.

Keep Personal Details Personal

A nickname and a hobby make a great greeting. Leave out your full name, address, workplace, and daily schedule. Never give a caller your passcodes, verification codes, or payment details.

Go at Your Own Speed

A warm voice is a nice start, but it doesn't confirm who someone is, how old they are, or where they live. If a caller pushes you to trade numbers or leave the chat line before you're ready, it's fine to say no.

Never Send Money

Requests for cash, gift cards, transfers, or crypto are a red flag, no matter how urgent the story sounds. End the conversation and flag the caller.

Block and Flag Anytime

Press 8 to block a caller. Press 8 again to flag them. Flagged conversations go through an automated review that decides what action to take. You never need to explain why you hung up.

Respect Every No

When someone declines or ends a chat, let it go. Harassment, threats, hate, and pressure are not allowed. If you think a caller is under 18, end the call and flag them.

If You're in Danger

Call 911 right away. Flags and emails to our team are not an emergency service.
