Who Can Use TalkMeadow

You must be 18 or older to use the chat line. The service is for personal use only. Please give accurate details when asked for access or a purchase.

How the Service Works

You can record a greeting, listen to other callers, send voice messages, and request live chats. Other callers decide whether to respond. We don't promise a reply, a certain number of callers, or any kind of relationship.

TalkMeadow focuses on New York City and the metro area, but we can't verify every caller's age, identity, or location.

Caller Conduct

Everyone has the right to say no or end a chat. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or keep contacting someone who has declined to talk.
• Pretend to be someone else, run scams, or ask other callers for money.
• Share another person's private information or record their calls without permission.
• Advertise, spam, or collect caller information for business use.
• Let anyone under 18 use the service, or share illegal content.

Press 8 to block a caller and press 8 again to flag them. Flagged interactions are reviewed by an automated system. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Free Trial Minutes and Packages

Women chat free. Men get 30 free trial minutes as first-time callers. Your phone carrier may still charge standard rates.

After your free trial minutes, you can buy a package to keep chatting. Please check the price and included minutes before you pay. Nothing renews automatically.

Refunds

All purchases of chat time are final. We don't offer refunds on purchased time, except where the law requires it.

Your Greeting and Messages

You are responsible for the greetings and messages you record. You keep ownership of your content and allow us to store and play it as needed to run the service.

Service Availability

The chat line is open 24/7, but maintenance or outages can happen. We may change or pause parts of the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Callers are responsible for what they say and do. To the extent allowed by law, TalkMeadow is not responsible for the actions of other callers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when needed. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
